At Shambhala Village we will create an Eco-Community, relying on the resources provided by nature. An off-grid community that will teach and share the possibilities of having an earth-consciousness awareness. While providing the highest levels of comfort.
From the acquisition of land to each stage of development while we build with a new approach to an old problem. Seeking investment partners for the development of the eco-village.

3 Acres and Up
Once an investment partner or partners are on board as I travel through Puerto Rico I am looking at possible locations to start the project.
Once the land is purchased the next phase is Electricity.

Development
For basic needs, a generator will work at first to run the power tools and water pumps. As we grow a full scale solar system will beinstalled utilizing 48w power cells and boards to supply power to the community.

Water is essential to the building process so as we begin we will have temporary holding tanks for the initial building of the permanent water holding tanks. See archetecture.

Off-Grid Energy
By the time we have acquired a piece of land, I will have in my possession a simple plug-and-play power station by EcoFlow that I will be using at first. This system will be powered by 800-1200 watts of solar panels and will provide enough electrical power for refrigeration, lights, and basic needs.
Looking further into the future as we build more structures and the need for more power for the village and amenities such as the pool pumps we will expand with a more robust system and solar panel array.
